Snowmobile lifts/stands

my wife works well...i can tell her to keep lifting till the glue drys and i can go and enjoy a movie without any interruptions

Yes I have been using two empty keg shells and a 2x4 board when I need the rear end lifted up but that is in the way most of the time. I have been trying to get it in the air so its easier to work on as well as a nice place to store it in the summer so the lugs dont bend over. Sled Solutions, how stable is that stand with a 153 track sled on it? Thats the stand I have been looking at

I've personally only had my 144" on mine but it's stable enough that I can wheel it around the garage.

Harbor freight 1200# lift under 500 bux. Best pic I have for now.

Here is my lift. All it needs is a ramp coming off the back of my sled deck out of the truck.

I found a motorcylce/ atv lift on CO Springs craigslist for $300. It's the best money i ever spent, just plug it in to the air compressor, press the foot pedal and up it goes. I see them on there from time to time for pretty cheap.

I have a handy air lift table.

Best $2K I have ever spent. They have smaller ones for around $1K if you are only doing sleds, but I got the 1500lb "BOB" lift with side extensions and ramp so I can lift my JD 2210.

It is SO nice to work on clutches and suspension at chest level. Plus it makes a good work table if you are space limited.

My back thanks me every day I work on the sled!

Build your own. I spent about a $100 last week on the supplies for this one and it turned out great. You can use a drill or the jack handle to lift it. I used all 1x2 instead of the 1 x 1 1/2 the plans called for. Really easy to make and can be done in a couple hours. Let me know if you need pictures or anything. The plans came off Totally Yamaha in their tech section.
