Snowmobile Insurance?

I need some help on who to insure with and why? Looking at all the companies today and figured you guys would know best for sled insurance. While were at it what truck ins do you recommend and is it worth bundling with the same companies? Thanks in advance, the snow is finally here.

USAA outsources its snowmobile and ATV insurance and charges a significant premium for doing so.

I ditched USAA 2 years ago for my sleds/ATVs and camper and went direct to Progressive and saved some coin. I haven't had an claims so I can't speak about that experience. I still use USAA for my cars/home insurance and banking which I have had for 26 years.

I use Farmer's Insurance Exchange for everything. Their provider for ATV's and snowmobiles is Foremost. No issues -

Who is covering what on their sleds? I'm carrying liability only ($300,000 bodily injury) and it is dirt cheap, less than $30 per machine. I also have an umbrella policy on top of all my other insurance, the snowmobiles are on it, and they do cause that premium to go up as well. So the overall cost is closer to $45 per machine. Still ridiculously low.

I don't carry comprehensive so if I wreck a sled and it's my fault there's no coverage.
