My inlaws, dan and Mona Engleman, want to move closer to the grandkids and want to sell their business- The Prairie Inn Motel, in Fairfield, Idaho.
This up to date motel is an 18 room establishment that enjoys an average 40% occupancy rate and is right on the doorstep to snowmobile heaven.
They wish to sell it outright but are also willing to consider leasing to the right person(s).

Only about 4 or five months a year, the rest of the time the dang grass wants to grow Last season they had nearly 5 feet on the level in town!
Seriously, this place is a real gem...located right on Hwy 20 and its the only motel in town. There is a restaurant and a ski clothing store right next to it and a gas station/grocery store across main street. Soldier Mountain Ski Hill is six miles north of town so there is alot of skier/snowboarder traffic in the winter.
You couldn't ask for a nicer setup, at least not in this part of the state. The owners have really enjoyed the business, they just want to have more time with the grandkids. Thanks for looking!
