Looking to go riding this weekend. Just want to get some input on the best place to go. I like the DEEP snow!! I know conditions are great everywhere. But which place got the most new snow out of this past storm and the one coming on Thursday.
Thanks

Vail.

The vail and beaver creek areas have recieved about 16-18 inches on monday and we have about a 70% chance on thursday. there is a club ride on ski cooper on saturday april 5th pm me if you need more info.

I'll be up at the Ear's from Friday to Sunday:D Buff pass probably got hammered as usual. Meet ya at the tower for lunch Todd...if we can make it that far...lol

Sounds like a plan. I'll be riding with my daughter. I think your riding ability is bit higher than mine from what i have read and seen in pics. Still plan on the tower. Hey have they opened that road into grizzly creek parking yet?
Later!

lol, it's my staging of pictures and exaggeration that are exemplary:D The snotel station at buff pass is mostly broken except for the precip gauge and it's showing 3" of water precip in the last week....not rain, i'm guessing:D Ear's station is showing almost as much, so I bet that whole area is good to go until the next bake-down. I'm sure the snowies got hammered too and Cameron made out pretty good as well. Get it while it lasts.

Thanks for the info. Did anyone get up to Buffalo pass today? Whats the snow like up there? I'm going up tomorrow on sunday.
