Snowies over X-mas

We are going up from the 27th through the 3rd - need to get off my arse this week and start planning meals.......

I think I will stay home till after the new year.
WAY to crowded for me.
It's not bad once you get a mile or so off the trails, but parking is a total nightmare, and getting into and out of the area is a major pain.

We went up Friday to albany and the meadows were DEEP with new stuff, but you still have to watch out for stumps/rocks. Our 136" 670 summits were having a heck of a time just trying to get around. We are gonna meander back that direction the first weekend in Jan. Hope you guys don't destroy all the pow!

Thanks for the update - I heard a rumor last night that a group spent a night on the hill this weekend, did you see/hear anything? The person that I talked to said that it sounded like everyone was OK.

Yeah, but still no details. Inquiring minds want to know! I am going up in the morning and anytime you can learn something before you go is a good thing.

We were up there last year same time it was great riding after the 3rd day.. only sh!ty part was the high winds and the parking at the top of hill.. nobody knows how to park..
