On my 2017 800 snopro the snowflap when pulled up, will stay up until I push it down,

They all do that from 2012-2018. 2019 do not stay erect.
I wish cat had the quick removal flap like doo. They are a hindrance off trail..

Just take it off. Its crazy the difference. I trimmed mine down for the first few rides this year and noticed a difference and then fully removed it Saturday and it was crazy. You'll notice a definite speed increase and an overall ease of maneuvering

How far do you have to trail ride to get to your zones? Just curious if you run too hot if you have 10 miles or so of trail to run to get to the goods like I do where I ride.

We're usually riding 12 to 15 miles of trail to get to the goods. This last ride without the flap was about 20 miles and the highest temp I saw was 122

I wonder if it would be worth cutting the tunnel as well, similar to what a lot of guys are doing with their 160s?!? 144 tunnel with 153 track and no flap. Any advice or experience with that?

Cats are already short. Doo is copying cat, kinda....
A 155 pro with a 163 is close to a stock cat.
