Since we are all getting excited about the upcoming event. Have we decided on the evening festivities yet? Friday night? Saturday night?
Alot of options in the twin cities. In Centerville close to the event, The Blue Heron just opened. Great food and a large bar area.
If your willing to come over to the Roseville area. Granite City is awsome!!! And I may be able to get some sort of special for the event. Let me know If you want me to work on that. There is also a Majors and a Champs close by.
Maplewood has BW3's and many others. White Bear has alot too.
In the past it seems like alot of you meet at Jersey's? I assume that's because it's close to KOD. :face-icon-small-win
Where does everyone feel like meeting this year? Always fun to put a face to a Avatar and a handle. It's great to have a couple :beer; and do some bench racing too.
Any other ideas?

I would be in for saturday night. I dont know if i want to drive all the way into the cities since i will be staying near haydays. Keep me updated on the plan. I think sat we should meet during the races to hang out.

I know the Thunderstruck boys will be at Majors, but for those interested myself and others will be meeting at the Blue Heron in Centerville on Sat night. Close to the event. They have great food and and a very nice bar area. I'm told they bring out beer pong and hammerschlagger later in the evening. It's just east off of exit 123. I will try to get an exact adress.

The Blue Heron sounds fun... What is the address for my GPS? We always go back to Major's on Saturday night as the locals come out and pack the place. . . We usually end up in some sort of fun trouble!!! Keep us informed and thanks!!

I haven't been able to find the exact adress, but here are the best directions. Take exit 123 off of 35E. Head east about a 1/2 mile. Take a left at the stop light and you are there. Should be a good time. They have nice dinning as well. I will bring some sled vids and see if we can talk them into putting some on the numerous flat screens they have. Shouldn't be to hard if we take over the bar anyway. :face-icon-small-win

thefullmonte. is anyone going to meet up at haydays?

Not sure on that? I would be game. I will be there on Sat. We could plan snowester's to meet at a certain time at the beer garden or something. I'll leave that ball in your court. I would certainly like to put as many names to faces as I can this year.

Well since no one has said a time how about the beer garden thats the nearest to the track at say two o clock? That way everyone has time to go buy what they want or need?

I should be able to do 2. Just have to work out everything with the brother in law and girlfriend. I hate to do it, but I guess I will wear a Bob's Cycle supply t-shirt so it's easy to identify (or avoid) that Monte guy. Say hi and introduce yourselves if you see me out and about. Should be a fun weekend for everyone. Nice cool temps and just a slim chance of rain on Sun. (last I checked)

im gonna hit up majors i think and then head to the vu or KOD

Dude, keep in mind with the bridge out, the VU is going to be a nightmare to get to. Stay with the KOD, fully nude and liquor as well, not to mention it's much closer, but still a clip a way from Majors.

The bridge deal is more in peoples perception. I drive that route a lot, more then a couple times a week and while it will make it a bit longer if you simply follow the detour their are many more places to cross the river when it comes to Minneapolis when you are coming in from the north. I'm not saying which is the best but pull up Google earth or mapquest aerial view and you can see exactly where you can go easily.

Its still a mess down there - I see it everyday, so I gues my perception is reality.
