Snowest donation to SAWS

During the membership promotion Snowest gave each member the opportunity to designate an organization of their choice to receive a portion of the membership fee as a donation.
On behalf of all of the Snowmobile Alliance of Western States Representatives, we would like to thank all of those members that chose SAWS as that organization, as well as Snowest for that donation. This donation will help us continue to fight for our rights to enjoy our public lands. As you all know, all of the time and effort by the SAWS representatives is completely volunteer and their time is donated. None of us hold paid positions including our Chairman, unlike the large extreme conservation groups that are out there trying to take it all away from us.

Again, THANK YOU goes out to Snowest and all the members that chose us as their organization during the membership promotion.

06 - We are not going to post the dollar amount of the donation, only that we are grateful for it. We did not think it was our place to talk about the dollar amount since that is business usually kept between the giving and receiving parties.

FWIW... and maybe thats not much.
We donated a lot of money to several different organizations.

For better or worse, or maybe nothing at all, SAWS was the only organization that replied back in any way over the donation. That wasn't meant to cast a bad light on the other organizations, rather just to compliment SAWS for having the courtesy of saying thank you.

Our SAWS Treasurer will also be mailing a formal thank you to Snowest Online for their very generation donation, but we also want to post on Snowest to not only acknowledge Snowest Online, but to also let the members know that their money did get donated to SAWS.
