Just for a laugh... Read through the posts on the last page of this forum which dates to posts from 2008.

Wow has this sport come along way!

I wonder what we'll be talking about another 8 years from now.

They have come a LONG way. It is exciting to see the growth. The only thing that bums me out is that as the sport expands, you get more and more whiners. Usually when a sport first starts everyone involved is "CORE" and then it goes downhill from there. I will say that I was a strong doubter when they first came out and never really gave it a second chance until the last couple years and now I am hooked.

I've been here for 7 years.

Crazy how far things have come over that time! I sure don't miss the line of people wanting to look at and talk about your bike at the gas station before every ride.

Yeah the attention is kind of entertaining at first but then gets old.

There are a decent handful in MI but still pretty rare.

I love the standard " how fast does it go?" From the trail pounders.

Here in Utah they have exploded this year... It is the first time I see snowbike tracks every time I go out... And have a 50/50 chance of seeing one in the wild..
