Snowbike forks

Please feel free to call RG3 Suspension Idaho to discuss options to get a better ride out of your snowbike set up. Mounting a snowbike kit to your motorcycle creates a geometry change that loads up the front end which needs addressed with stiffer/heavier valving and springs. We address the main compression and the mid valving along with the rebound and mate it to the proper spring rate. Getting the pressure balance chamber correct is key to holding the bikes front end up in its stroke and giving the rider a good ride. For more extreme riders we will suggest adding the airpro system to aid in the bottoming resistance. We look forward to your call. 208-691-1343

I used Motion Sports / RG3 NW Suspension Center last year to set up my 4CS forks. Re valved and changes springs. Very happy with the results!:face-icon-small-coo

Brockstar

And I've used Brock Buttars, Brockstar, he set up 100+ snowbike-specific sets of forks last year......very experienced, fair, knowledgeable. Can't go wrong with Brock. 435-232-1604

I've ridden lots of snowbike specific suspension setups. Some feel like there is a 2x4 stuffed in the forks and are so rigid that it hurts, others are plush but still bottom too much.

Somehow the stuff from RG3 northwest is perfect, for me anyways. Smooth as can be on the trail yet doesn't bottom on big hits. Everyone that tries my bike seems to agree that it's the best set-up.

Looking for some springs in Alberta Canada or shipped to me. I have 2015 KTM 500XCW, I'm 200lbs. I'm guessing a .62 will do it, who's got some?
