Just ordered up my first hawk and I,m a greenhorn. Can they be towed out like a sled if you break? also what the best way to secure it inside my sled trailer?do you block the ski or maybe the track and use motorcycle tiedowns?
Yes they can be towed, just as you would a sled. The only difference is a bit of difficulty keeping your balance while being towed. The faster you can be towed the easier it is.
I use tie downs from the handel bars to hooks on the floor just as you would a motorcycle, then another over the track to hooks in the floor.
