So the snow finally came to Utah in a big way. 48" fell in less then 3 days. Awesome powder. It was a little wet and heavy but it will make for a good base now. Keep it comin!!!:)

Wow was an understatment for the pow we experienced here in utah this weekend. What elevation were you at? Because we were riding about 10200 (what the xp gauge said atleast) and it was dry utah sugar, chest deep!

I don't know why so many utahns are heading to wyoming lately. Last weekend i was in great snow on the south slope, and this weekend the north slope was insane!

I am second guessing snotel after this weekend. It should just over 30" where we went. I know for a fact it was pushin double that (maybe the station was in a spot that gets wind blown?? i dunno) It was Atleast 4 feet deep with pow everywhere we tore up, plus below that the base was about the top of the sage and grasses

We were at around 9500 ft. On saturday morning it was way fluffy but by sunday it had settled a little and was getting heavy.

Yeah the snotel is off imo too. It said around 30" where we were at and I know it was deeper than that. It was bellybutton deep if you stepped off the sled.

That was just up Gaurdsman by brighton ski resort. Not all that big of an area to ride up there but its good for some afternoon riding.

Wow, I'm glad somebody got to enjoy that insane deep Utah pow. Hopefully I'll get into some of that myself soon.

Different story up north at Monte. Drug the carbides all the way up. Snow was good off the road but just tooo scary for me!!!!

Headed there Fri. Dunner Ford anyone wanna go? If Dunner dosent go I can just about promise there wont be any nice Pics like Yamidoos

like mentioned before northern utah aint got crap for snow. we went up yesterday and it was only good for a bit of trail riding and thats it. probably a foot and a half was the very deepest we found on some spots on the trail. its kinda depressing.

No kidden Vern. Cache valley has been missed ever since 06!!! Have 3 in-laws all want to sell their sleds:( I keep trying to talk them out of it because I LOVE Prov Canyon:)

EDIT: Kevy I pmd you. Do you know how to look at your pms?;)
