Snow Eliminators; Who knows the owner??

Ordered Snow Eliminators a month ago and was charged and never recieved the product. Called multiple times and no response, e-mailed multiple times and no response. Now I don't even get voice mail when I call. Who knows this guy?? I've called the Sherriffs dept up there (who will be paying him a visit, I've filed a complaint with the Better Business Beauru and I'm making sure no one else gets hosed like I have been. All the guy had to do is call and explain any circumstances that affect my order but nothing. You guys up in Oregon, what's this guys story???

Just got an e-mail (on saturday) saying the order was just shipped. We'll see. A little pesamistic at this point but will keep everyone posted on the progress.
