Snow Eliminators; What's the story??

I know some of you have seen this post but I want to make sure what has happen to me doesn't happen to other Snow Westers. Ordered Snow Eliminators a month ago and was charge for the product and shipping and never recieved the product. I've called and e-mailed multiple times with no response. Now I don't even get the dudes voice mail. This is not the way to do business. So my recommendation is go with Better boards, way better service from Rob at F-bomb. He even PM'd me to try and help. That's one great guy that helps you when you don't even order his product!!!
 
Just recieved an e-mail saying the order has been shipped. What do ya know. We'll see if the order gets here. Will keep everyone posted.
 
Maybe next time just a little subtle hint that if someone knows the guy you're doing buisness with could get a message to him things might get worked out before all the mud slinging. I've had both, Better Boards and Snow Eliminators. Both great products and great service. Since these guys work all winter and go to shows all fall, maybe the guy was on vacation....after all there isn't alot of sledding going on right now. Just my $.02

Numerous attempts were made. Infact the ONE time I did talk with him he admitted he had lots of calls concerning orders and had not returned peoples phone calls. Not to mention other people on this site stated they had sent e-mails and gotten responses with in a day or less. Waiting over a month for a product and not responding to calls or e-mails is not how you operate a business. I'm sure the snow eliminators are a side line however his primary business is not seasonal. Infact just yesterday (saturday) I did finally get an e-mail saying my order had been shipped and that he apologized for the delay. This was after I sent a pointed e-mail as to the steps I was taking to rectify the situation myself. We'll see when the order gets here. So the issue did not get to mudslinging after one week or one phone call. Many attempts were made to clear this up before he was called out. More to follow.
 
In todays snowmobile market with the lack of snow in some regions and stiff competition, it is imperative customer service be first and foremost. I wish success to all snowmobile related product suppliers, however I don't wish to be taken advantage of either. I try to be patient but the supplier has an obligation to the customer if they wish to market a product. I want the makers of Snow eliminator's to do well and be profitable because competition is a good thing. If not, they will get a negative reputation as MPI has in the past. Nobody wins. I just want what I paid for. Nothing more, nothing less. In a timely manner of course. Will be watching the mail this week.

While I don't know Calvin42 personally, I have had a few interactions with him via pm and on threads. He was always respectful in those pm's and his posts have been helpful and courteous. I've also been in the boat where people take my money and don't honor their end of the deal. I imagine that a total lack of respone to his inquires is what led him to calling these people out, and I don't fault him one bit! The story may not always be what the customer wants to hear. But, they will appreciate actually hearing the story. You can't totally ignore a person like that. Just aint right.

picked up two sets (one set at a time) and good product and shipped fast each time had them in two days.

never had a problem with Jerry, he had been at it a long time and this is the VERY FIRST time i have ever seen a complaint.

Sounds like there on their way. Hope so anyhow. Just wished things had not gone so far. Phone called would have taken care of everything.

Snow Eliminator customer service

Ordered a custom made set for a Nytro a couple weeks ago, just showed up
in UPS with my Debit card being billed same as ship date.
Nothing Bad here.
 
Received mine but their the wrong ones. Looks to be for an RMK. Now have to send them back and wait for the RIGHT pair. Ordered a new track from tracks USA on Monday afternoon and got it thursday. Ordered snow eliminators over 7 weeks ago and still don't have the correct ones. More to follow I'm sure.
