The pipeline needs another 3 to 4 feet yet, just to cover the boulders and small trees in the middle. We decided to go down on Saturday just to see, and we drove in past the fenced off well heads to where the creek is blocked off and unloaded (Tin shack entrance). We were able to ride to the wranglers cabin and up to the notch but we took it really easy. We ripped around below the notch but it needs even more than 4 feet to cover all the rock faces and boulders. The trails in and around the cabin were okay just for a laid back ride but you can't go off them yet. It will be a different ride around there this year because they logged the heck out of the place along the pipeline, so there are a lot of open areas to play if the snow piles up high enough. Let's hope anyway.

Well lets hope before christmas we get 4 feet or more at Morrissey..

Looks like Golden or Revy are the areas of choice at this point, Cannot wait till I can see the areas they logged so that I can play around in 3' of tha powder. Peace and keep me posted.

where did they log around the pipeline?

i beleive that those roads were put in place for a drilling rig. all the roads lead to new leases. we were quading this summer and they had seismic everywhere. hopefully they arent going to be plowing them all winter. that new road by the yellow bridge on the pipeline is actually built up all the way to morrisey now.
