Snow Coming This Weekend?

Big Woop:face-icon-small-con, I'll still be riding the MX Bike. We need compounding storms. With friggid nipple hardening temps.

Is a ice cold beer allowed? I could just set it on them....

... MUCH COLDER WITH RAIN AND SNOW BEGINNING LATE THIS WEEKEND...
THE UNSEASONABLY WARM AND DRY WEATHER OF THE PAST SEVERAL DAYS WILL GIVE WAY TO A COLD AND WET STORM LATE IN THE WEEKEND. THIS STORM SYSTEM... CURRENTLY OVER THE EASTERN PACIFIC OCEAN... WILL REACH THE THE WEST COAST SATURDAY NIGHT. FROM THERE IT WILL MOVE EAST TO UTAH LATE SUNDAY... BRINGING MUCH COLDER TEMPERATURES AND PERIODIC PRECIPITATION THROUGH THE MIDDLE OF NEXT WEEK.
MOISTURE WILL GRADUALLY INCREASE ACROSS UTAH FRIDAY THROUGH SATURDAY. WEAK WEATHER DISTURBANCES EJECTING OUT AHEAD OF THE MAIN STORM WILL BRING LIGHT PRECIPITATION TO WESTERN AND NORTHERN UTAH LATE FRIDAY THROUGH SATURDAY. TEMPERATURES WILL REMAIN MILD... BUT WILL BE TRENDING DOWNWARD HEADING INTO THE FIRST HALF OF THE WEEKEND.
THE BEST THREAT FOR WIDESPREAD PRECIPITATION WILL BEGIN LATE SUNDAY AS THE MAIN PORTION OF THE STORM REACHES WESTERN UTAH. MUCH COLDER AIR WILL POUR INTO UTAH SUNDAY NIGHT... LEADING TO VALLEY RAIN AND AREAS OF HEAVY MOUNTAIN SNOWS INTO MONDAY MORNING. SOME NORTHERN AND WESTERN VALLEYS MAY ALSO SEE SNOW OR RAIN AND SNOW MIXED LATE SUNDAY NIGHT THROUGH MONDAY.
MUCH COLDER TEMPERATURES AND OCCASIONAL SHOWERY PRECIPITATION WILL CONTINUE ACROSS THE NORTHERN AND CENTRAL PORTIONS OF UTAH THROUGH TUESDAY. A SECOND SURGE OF COLD AIR WILL REACH UTAH LATE TUESDAY... BRINGING ANOTHER ROUND OF SNOW TO THE AREA INTO EARLY WEDNESDAY.
MOST OF THE PRECIPITATION WITH THIS STORM WILL CONCENTRATE ACROSS THE NORTHERN AND CENTRAL PORTIONS OF THE STATE. SOUTHERN UTAH WILL TURN MUCH COLDER LIKE THE REST OF THE STATE... BUT WILL NOT SEE NEARLY AS MUCH RAIN AND SNOW AS THE NORTH.
THE LONG DURATION OF THIS EVENT COULD LEAD TO SUBSTANTIAL ACCUMULATIONS OF SNOW AT THE HIGHER ELEVATIONS. AREAS OF THE NORTHERN AND CENTRAL WASATCH RANGE ALONG WITH THE WESTERN UINTA MOUNTAINS ARE LIKELY TO SEE WELL OVER A FOOT OF NEW SNOW THROUGH THE MIDDLE OF NEXT WEEK.

BRING IT!!!!!!!! :D

Timing on this thing is critical, I pick-up sled in Rick Springs on the 8th, storm peaks too early and best conditions for a road ride could be past. Peak comes too late, might not be enough for a road ride...........

Be nice to run new motor in before hauling sled back over to Gillette.

C4F. You expecting me to read that?? Okay, I read three sentences. Well I hope it doesn't get nasty until after I'm done taking the kids around the neighbor hood trick or treating. I hate going door to door when it's cold and miserable.
Thanks for the weather update.

GP, The most important part to read was in BOLD ;)

Bring the kids up here. We are going to set the fire pit out in the front yard have some Adult drinks and hand out candy.

T

Ah crap, I needed to start at the bottom? WOW!!! Hummm the fire and adult thing sounds tempting.:beer;

Gotta go for now and get kidos up and off to school. My free time has ended.

That's a good forcast C4F, thanks.:D

GP & SH you really should come up tomorrow night. Starting about 6pm or when ever.

Don't stop doing those snow dances so these storms will continue to roll in.
