Snow-Check XP-163...whats the delay

Anyone know what the delay is in Ski-Doo delivering the
XP-800 163 sleds to the dealers?

contracts stated we had to take delivery before the end of Oct.
Dealers are not stating what is going on...

this is getting frustrating...I hope this isn't going to like Polaris
delivering their 800 Dragons in January.

Contract states you must take delivery within 10 days of dealers receipt, or oct.31st - whichever comes last. leaves ski-doo the option to deliver whenever the hell they want and it still meets the criteria. my 154 was in near the end of August, I took receipt on Oct.29th, satisfied the contract and started my warranty as late as possible.

My snowchecked '02 didn't fall off the back of the truck untill mid November, and it was [theoretically] right next door to Doo - in Ontario.

sounds to me like your getting doinked by your dealer. maybe he sold it out from under you for a little extra cash. go and rattle some cages. just saw 163x on craigs list in cda stating "last one". you get it up north or west plains?

I snow checked it with River City Yamaha in Post Falls.
he guarenteed it would be in by Thanksgiving..
but it's not.
he said all the sleds are in except the 163's
WTF...

They have a couple extra ones at Dream Marine in Libby, Montana too. They've had theirs for 3 weeks!

I've had mine for a month and already have over 200 miles on it. I'm betting your dealer is feeding you a line of BS and he either sold it or hasn't set it up yet. There are dealers all over with extra Xs on their floor
