go somewhere else.simple just did it. it took 1 1/2 weeks of calling 2-3 times a day to get my money back from lynnwood motoplex and 24 hrs for them to take it. i kept getting the run around,accounting is handling it, everyday. called after hrs and left messages for accounting. all this from the sales manager. finaly got tired of hearing from me i guess, passed me off to some guy with a cc machine and WAMMO it was done in 2 minutes. shouldn't take 1 1/2 weeks for a refund. dispute paperwork was filled out. snocheck was done over the phone and i never went to the store. how could they if it was me or not some id theft. all they took was name and credit card # . In the 2 weeks i never received a receipt in the mail from them for the order. u got the money, give me a receipt. the salesman caled asking if this is what i wanted to do, yes thats what i said then the manager calls,asks the same thing. 4 days and no credit so i call again, oh, i was just going to call ya and see if you changed your mind. NO ive told you twice and the salesman once. i dont want it refund my money. then the run around begain. it was like dealing with the cc companys 800 cust serv #. they dont understand the words that are coming out of your mouth. trying to make my mind up for me.
