Snow Bike RACKS!

Hey guys, I recently released a new product line after some years of punishment, known as R&D. LOL.

Anyways, thought the snow bikes could use some gear storage of sorts.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

More information is located on the website link: www.tinymopros.com

Interesting..... how does the "grab bar" hold up? How thick or bar is that? adjustable cargo rack for a cas can i assume? maybe Im crazy but I can see that coming loose and moving during the trail ride up... Good Idea maybe picture doesn't do it just.

Really great questions all around and I don't blame you for asking either.

We have been using that rear grab bar to hoist sleds out of trenches and towing skiers for almost 2 years now. It's a solid half inch aluminum rod.....I weigh 210 and standing on it directly between 2 bricks you gotta jump to make it flex. Not even close to bending.

Loosening - Another excellent item to point out. Since both sides are tapped deep (1 inch) the rotation needed to tighten the screw into the rod opposes the other side. So IF one slips, it tightens on the other side....which means it's not going to loosen on you especially when the mounting flange is bolted down. We have not seen any issues here either, to be honest here for a moment: I made the other side reverse thread to be 'smart' and figured out that it could loosen when we made prototype 1. Not doing that again!

Adjustable area is for a gas can or anything else you want. Carry the things you want the way you want. Never hurts to have options. A lot of photographers keep the pelican cases close to the seats to reduce turbulence on trails.

The rack itself is definitely not thin if that was a concern, they are bent using a 25 ton press.

my concern is more on the timbersled snowbike. Have you used one of these racks on a snow bike? The tunnel top does not have the same strength at a common snowmobile. To get the strenght I personally thing you need it would have to be integrated into the side panelling for a support. I would not want to lift my snowbike up using only the strength in the tunnel top. For a sled I can see this being a good product. In fact I sell something very similar from CFR at our store.

Please check out our website, we also have under tunnel mounting gussets to support the tunnel.....made from the same gauge as the thickness of a snowmobile tunnel. This allows for a more supportive and effective integration with the snowmobile OR snow bike.

Our racks also hold/carry ski's and snowboards......but offer far greater configuration options for bracket spacing to adjust the angle of the ski or snowboard off the tunnel AND rotational pivoting brakets for matching the carry angle of your ski's and snowboards. Not to mention our bracket carries both ski' or a board on either side, dual functionality.

Additionally, we are very well priced compared to CFR. If you have any questions and interested in carrying the product line in your store you are welcome to reach out directly as well.

How nice of you to sign up on SnoWest and spam us with your product on your first post.

I'm surprised "years of punishment" (r&d) didn't somehow lead you here sooner. If it had or even if you had read thru any of the posts here you may have found that most of the peeps here are pretty handy and ingenious. With a little more research you may have found the Sno-bikes are pretty much a "powered" snow board, we can carve "up" the mountain and carve "down" the mountain, no need to pack a board with us. However, a spare gas can rack is always a plus.

I did check out your website, you're product looks a little pricey and probably no patent protection.

I would love to laser cut, cnc brake, turn , powder coat and sell you your part for, say, way less than half price(about $100) and of course made in the USA.

Sorry everyone for the rant but it just cracked me up this morning when I read this.

Sled R 2 -

You are correct, people are capable. Which is why we offer our product line modularized. This way, individuals are able to select what they need and not railroaded into making choices. We offer the brackets solo, so people CAN make their own ski racks, for example.

There are friends of ours here in WA that use snowbikes for ski or board access, because (as you know) they offer a great way to access fabulous terrain due to their function.

The product line is for some and not for others. Based on the feedback from our customers they are very pleased with the functionality of the racks, the way they perform, and configuration options.

So we are here to share the configuration capabilities and benefits our racks provide with others.

Moving forward, if you have read this thread and consider it 'SPAM' like SLEDR2 has indicated, we apologize in advance.

Sincerely,

Tiny Mo Pros

We got your email today and I took a good look at your web site again. You do have some interesting things CFR does not have. Visually in my opinion CFR has you beat but you do bring several good concepts and unique ideas. (adjust-ability, more colour options, ect) Price wise you are a little better. Hopefully I will see someone on the mountain with one of these soon I would love to see it in person. I do the orders for our 5 dealerships for the CFR line, they are very good to work with. I would be interested to know the dealer cost on these. Bnicholson@cycleworks.com
