what tracks have you used for conversions
here is one I found today looking for kimpex

getting suitable drives is the issue ...
Sport (& scoot I assume) use a square drive axel and odd pitch track. Common track is the 2.52" pitch and Kimpex was producing a suitable set of drivers to enable owners of old Bravos to replace their track as the original track was discontinued.

If you can source the 2.52" drivers to fit the square axel then a track is relatively easy to get. If you can't find the replacement drivers you can either:
* find a used / new scoot track
* make a set of drivers - possibly extrovert style like old tundra
* get someone to replicate the drive axel only but match up with the profile / diameter of current drivers

when I did the last scoot build I found 2 sets of new kimpex drivers so no problem ther.
have another scoot so just need to get building.
first scoot is in getting a bigger piston think a 52mm and porting.
