After 3 1/2 years, my Sno-Skinz cover finally ripped. A little bit of the seam came apart and ripped more of the cover in the wind.
I called Ron @ Sno-Skinz and asked him if I could come to his house and pick up a new one on my way out of town (he lives about 7 miles from me here in Littleton, CO). I told him I know they had a "lifetime warranty", but that I didn't expect a new one for free after the beating mine has taken. Probably around 15k miles of wind, salt, mag chloride, and mud.
Ron took a quick look at it and told me "They should last longer than that" and wouldn't take a dime for a new one. Now THAT is customer service!
Oh yeah, almost forgot -- these are designed AND MANUFACTURED right here in Denver. No Chinese or Indonesian crap here If you're thinking $200 or so sounds steep for a cover, you might want to think again...
