Hello everyone, I ride an 06 Polaris 900 switchback, and I was snugging up my exhaust valve bolt and then it snapped. There is still about 1/8 of an inch left sticking out of the block.
Here's what I've tried:[/SIZE] Vice grips, torch + vice grips, punch and hammer, bolt extractors, and welder to weld a nut on and spin it off. I've tried drilling into and just drilling it out but wouldn't even make a dent in it, with titanium and cobalt drill bits, screw extractors/easy outs couldn't bite into it either. The weld did not bond with bolt, but made perfect weld with the nut. I ran out of ideas and tried everything I can think of, hopefully some out here will be able to point me in the right direction.
