Shipping On Slydogs

I checked out the auction and the ski look good but the shipping estimate was way high, almost $73.00 to ship to Idaho. Whats up with that?

I shipped a pair of skis last month to a guy in MI and the shipping was only $23.00 FedEx ground on my account with FedEx.

In his listing it says the shipping is based on a 46"x18"x18" box. No way it takes a box that big for 2 skis.

Yea I noticed that too. I shipped my 6.9 Pilots in a 42"X12"X12" box to Alberta Canada for under $50.00

Scince I dont have a box for them right now that was a dimension I figured was an accurate estimate of the box.I have been burned before on estimating shipping dimensions to small,and guess what,the buyer is not going to give you any extra for a shipping quote that was under estimated.
These are still $400+ skis and will go at a cheap price regardless of the shipping.

If anyone on here wins these skis,I will refund any difference in the price of the calculated and actual shipping, and supply a receipt.Hows that sounds? Pretty darn fair if you ask me.
