SLP pipe on a 03 V E??

Last weekend I went riding and my SLP pipe blew a hole about 3inch by 2inch and had about a 10inch crack in it, has it happend to anyone else??

Sounds like there was a lot of corrosion going on. Do you have any pics? how old was the pipe? Was it coated? How has sled been stored over the years?

It has been stored inside every year untill this year. Not sure how old the pipe is it came with the sled when I bought it, this is the only pic i have of it and it is after it got brazed together and I put the hose clamps on to hopefully have it hold rest of the year.

And it was ceramic coated.
