I heard a slednecks rider( i think Steve Martin) was going to attempt a double backflip this past weekend. Anyone know how that went?

there diffanitly pushing the sport considering there has been only a double back flip by pastrama on a dirt bike so trying a double on a sled wont happen this year i dont think.... all i can say is neck brace..
that guy outta the UP is doing doubles in comps, it's his only trick and no way he should have won gold at espns moto x, but judges don't award creativity if you don't ride all the way out.

I ran into some guys last Saturday that where building a huge jump on the ice field at the hellisledder camp. they flew in the ramp, and built a landing with the groomer.

The landing may be tough and cowboys old sled may be a mess.......but I think he will ride the 2 stroke for that one anyways

Mercer has been training for the last three weeks in the Yukon and plans on attempting the double in mid May in the Vancouver area.
