If you're looking for something cheaper, we use basic Midland 2-way radios. You can set them to a private channel and lock them so you're not squawking in each other's ear all the time. We also picked up a couple of earpieces that have that curled cord (think FBI) and fit nicely under your helmet. That way you can stick the radio in your pocket, have the earpiece in at all times, and there's a little PTT button that can hang outside the front zipper of your coat and you can grab it even with gloves on. Tried the PTT buttons attached to handlebars, but after one time getting stuck or tipping the sled over in a deep turn, those tend to rip off and the pins inside of the plug break off. They were a waste of money. Went with the earpiece and radio in your pocket, and it all stays in one piece even if you fall off or dump the sled.
