Sled shutting itself off

Just got my 05 ves back together and ran it up a road and it shut itself of I'm running a lightweight hood and mounted a headlight on my bars (I've been told you have to run a light with this motor) any ideas why it shutting off?

More information is really needed to help you out. I'm asuming its an electrical problem? Did it start back up after it died?

The reason you need to run a light is because the voltage regulator will freak out without load. things like your tac wont work properly.

I had mine shut off after I put it back together turn out the electrical clip just vibrated loose from the CPU box. pluged it in made sure it was cliped in and has ran fine ever since. Might want to check it. But really need more details like did it start back up after it shut off?

Sled shutting off

It just shut off as if pushing in the kill switch It started right back up when I tried to start it

Took my 900 out yesterday had the same exact problem...found out it was the tether not pushing in all the way (not sure if you have one but worth a try herd alot of them do that)

It doesn't have a tether I'm going to check my connections and run it again,thanks
