looking for sled rentals inthe steamboat area. don't no if anyone demos sleds?looking for 800's but i'm guessing only 600's for insurance reasons. any help would be great thanks

Call Jody at Rocky Mountain Rentals. She is based out of Steamboat Lake Outfitters. From what I saw, 800 XPs and 800 RMKs.
five star power rentals out of granby. we rent arctic cat m8's and summit 800's. we'll put them on a trailer and let you take them where ever you want. give me a call at 970-531-4053, and ask for zach.
Did you call her? She is right there and 5 Star is 2 hours away. Not discrediting them by any means but it's a really long drive to return sleds by a certain time or God forbid, if a sled bites the big one.

we work with jody and stan at rocky mountain rentals as well. i just don't think they run any 800's out there. if convenience is an issue, they are definitely closer to steamboat and they are great to work with! if your going up there on highway 40, you'll drive right by our shop on the way up and the way back, and we're pretty flexible on times as far as pick ups and drop offs. if a sled bites the big one, well, your definitely out there and on your own until you get her back to the trailer! thats a tough one to get around!

sorry I didn't get back to any of you sooner but money became an issue before we left with a broken truck. ski tickets were already paid for so we just skied a few days. thanks for the info maybe next time
