Sticky this thread. That question is gonna get asked 100 times before the season ends.

Thanks J! :face-icon-small-coo

Do you guys sell out of state tags there as well? Also which cabin is it? Got a friend coming in from UT to ride tomorrow morning, will need tags.

So are those registration "stickers." I need to get mine as well as one fore my wife, dad, mom, and out of state walrus! What color are they? Can I get them to match my sled?:face-icon-small-ton

He means an out of stater can get a Colorado tag at his cabin. To get there, go West on 40 past the MC lot, past the Dumont lot. Keep your eyes peeled. The turn is the first OPEN left turn into a drive about a 1/4 mile long. Follow the drive until you get to the parking area. Get out and go in the cabin. Either get there before 9 or after 10. In between 9 and 10 they have the guests there and it's a cluster, not much room in the cabin and the counter people will be slammed taking care of the guests.

Jaw, that stuff has settled, gotten a whoar layer and turned to sugar snow. We need snow BAD!

Took out another set of a arms and a shock today. The snow has settled and there are lot of rocks, logs, and stumps. Its the ones just under the surface that always get me. Anybody have a set of a arms for a m series they would ship or bring to steamboat for me??

yeah days like today are the ones you have to be careful about ... 4-6" of fresh over rock hard concrete ....

We did manage to find some fresh pockets left in the trees and get stuck a few times though.

Creeks are apparently a big problem with the snow pack the way it is this year, I've ridden at RE 3 times and so far each time at least one sled has been nosed into a creek bed :face-icon-small-con

how is the snow planning on coming out friday the 18

Honestly. It's not that good now. Know decent snowfall since 2012. The 3-6" that fell this last Friday got blown out of the meadows into the trees and pockets. If you don't know where those are, you run the risk of running into a land mine. The 6-8' we got in December has settled alot.

Wolf Creek Pass in Colorado got treated with more snow this last round. But if you are gonna do the drive anyways, I'd go ride Utah. They got over 5' in the last 3 days. I'm contemplating the drive myself.
