Parts Unlimited Total Cover. 
I got tall bars and the stock cover didnt fit over my sled so i went with the Total Cover and the problem solved.

I second the snoskinz cover,costs more first time but will last the life of your sled.Have one on my old 02 RMK and still going strong, a little sun bleached but still structurally strong.
Bought an 07 RMK 600 used last spring with a Polaris cover and it's all sun faded already. Will probably last 2 years before it starts ripping.
When I bought my 08 Dragon the dealer wanted to sell me a Polaris cover,but I had them order me a snoskinz
.Cost around $200 but will only have to buy one cover for the sled ever.
snowskins all the way. my buddy has one for his skidoo.......its nicer than my factory cover!!!

They are designed and made here in Denver. I called Ron last year to replace mine which had finally ripped after 3 years or so. Ron replaced it with a brand new one, wouldn't take a cent for it...
my dad was thinking about talking to a local apolstry shop. never ended up doing it but im sure it would work fine.
X5 on the sno-skinz. I have 2 of them, and the best cover I have found, PERIOD.
