I have a SKINZ gripper seat cover on my Nytro and after over 2 dozen days it finally started to rip so i contacted Tammy at SKINZ
She told me she didn't want to send me a new one because she feared it would rip again. Her suggestion was for me to send my entire seat to her so her team could look at the damage while still attached to the seat. She assured me they would get it back to me ASAP.
I sent them my seat on a Thursday. Road seat-less one day and it was back on my doorstep the following Friday.
It's great working with small companies that want to help you out. In the end, to get an acceptable solution you may be asked to help them out so they can make a better product.
Also, while this was going on we found out that the stock seat cover has a potential to rip in the same location.
peace out!
