Skinz Snowflap Replacement?

I replaced my stock bumper on my 2016 axys 163 2.6 with a Skinz/Nxt Lvl bumper which is a great bumper, but in the process you have to trim stock polaris snowflap. When I did that, it compromised the strength of the flap and it broke. I can put a zip tie through it and run it if I wanted to, but I was looking at Skinz snowflaps and wondering if anyone has used them with nxt lvl bumpers? I really like the looks of the short one, just not sure if my sled will overheat in spring snow. Anyone try and install either??

Same issue, but I was not spending any more money on a skinz product ever again. Zip tie is cheep and been on for 1500 km. And no problem.

My stock flap got trashed and I replaced it with one of these: http://www.provendesignproducts.com/Pages/modelchoose-snowflaps.html

Because they're solid, without holes or significant molding, I'd think you could modify one to fit your needs easily and without compromising much strength.

A pice of rubber and two pieces of plastic. Plastic, tunnel, rubber, plastic. Works just as bad as the stock flap. Not sure it even helps with cooling at all. But it doesn't get in the way like the stock flap.
