Skinz seat cover ?'s

Well i haven't taken mine on the snow yet but from my first impressions it is VERY nice and the fit is AWESOME. I got the gripper which i feel will be a nice when it hits the snow. I had a gal install it locally for i think $35 (I removed the stock cover). Just looks all you need is a staple gun.

Edit: I had them do my stiching in white

Installation is pretty easy if you have some mechanical ability. Electric stapler, a friend and some beer is all you'll need. Now if you have a Yamaha Apex I can tell you that you'll need a Pneumatic staple gun as the plastic is like concrete.

I've had a Skinz seat covers on my Fusion, Nytro and soon to be RMK. I've had the grip top and have grown to love the sticky top.

Arctic Cat (All) - Slip Top has more grip then stock - Grip Top has A LOT more grip than stock.

Yamaha Nytro - Slip Top is equal to the stock cover - Grip has more stick.

Yamaha Apex - Slip Top is better than stock - Grip is ultimate stick.

Polaris (All) - Slip Top better than stock - Grip is ultimate stick.

Ski Doo XP - Slip Top is equal to stock - Grip has more grip.

Ski Doo Rev - Slip Top is better than stock - Grip is ultimate stick.

Hope this helps and if you would like to order one feel free to give us a call.

For starters, the gripper seats are awesome! :D Install can be somewhat tricky if its your first time.
Finally, my short lived upholstery career comes in handy.

-Remove old cover and all staples. A sharp pair of side cutters works well for this.
-Center the cover and flip the seat over and place a couple staples in the front and rear to hold it snug and in center...You may remove and adjust these later.
-Do the same to the longest areas of the sides ensuring to keep the cover tight and centered...May readjust these as well. These are just anchors for now.
-Continue stapling to your four corners. Make sure your seams stay straight and the cover is snug.
-I always found it easiest to leave the corners for last as you can more easily remove remaining wrinkles here.

*Pull it tight enough to bring the wrinkles to the underside of the seat. More staples = less wrinkles. Don't get to crazy though. Those staples add weight.

Hope that helps a little anyway.
