Skinz Powderpak replacement Clips

Does anyone have a link to the replacement buckles/clips to their bags? I want a couple sets for swapping from one sled to the other.

I went on the skinz website and they are $14.95 for a set. Two Sets are just shy of $30.00......... I was shocked to see that items that can be sent in a small envelope and shipped for under $5.00 was going to cost me $25.00 shipping and handling to Michigan. Does anyone have these on their websites other than Skinz?
