Skinz Hood/slp pipe

Is anyone running a skinz hood with a slp pipe on an 09 m8 or hcr? Is there heat issues with the pipe touching or melting the hood? Thanks. Tim

I am its a tight fit but I havent melted anything yet.

knuts how much of a gap is between the hood and pipe? 1+,2+ inches? And anyone else have any more info?

Its only about 3/4" of clearance at the top curve of the pipe but it has not melted yet. I melted my first Skinz hood with the stock pipe though so I guess it probably will get melted after time.
