The skinz boards are flat black in color and are brand new, I haven't even put the screws in yet. They will fit any M-series sled for 2005-2011, however for sleds from 2005-2008 you will have to change the bumper to reinforce the tunnel to add structure so the you can use the Skinz boards. Which is why I also have the Van Amburg rear bumper for sale, which is also brand new. I am asking $400 shipped for the running boards which are $500 plus shipping and taxes. The shipping is to the lower 48 states but I would be willing to ship internationally for the right price. From questions Pm me.
