which trailer tires work best for an open two place
the skinny tall tires or the short wide guys

Get something on 13" rims min. preferably 14's Forget about the little fat ****ers, the rpm's are crazy (think wheel bearings) and they wear out very quickly. (think circumference)

What brand of trailor do you have? I have a triton 2 place and would have to carry at least two spares with me on any trip. I installed a 2" piece of aluminum between the axle and trailor for a little lift, and then installed the tall skinny tires, I have not had a problem since.

i just traded up to a 93 yacht club 8x10 with the tall ones.
i moved from ak with a 94 range with the fatties. blew 3 tires in 3300 mi( but i was also about 400lbs over loaded
the skinny tire just seem like they dont have enough on the road, and might sink in gravel(dirt bikes).

I have a two place with the small fat tires and I have at least 3-4 blow-outs a year. I'd stay with a larger tire if at all possible.
