Wont fit, the rails are longer and the center to center in the tunnel is shorter.

Apex center to center in the tunnel is 31.5'' , center to center on a Cat is 31-1/4'', tunnel width on apex 16.5 in front and 16.5'' in the rear(I think 16.5 on the rear) The Cat is 15-7/8'' on the front and 17'' on the rear.
could probably shim the front arm out and cut the shaft on the rear, but I would drill new holes in the rear drop bracket and put it at 31-1/4'' center to center.
