Skidoo XP 174

This thread may have been already started but I cant find it. I have an 09 Skidoo XP 800x with the 163 and I'm looking to switch the track to a 174. Any opinions from anyone would help. Also what mods do I have to make and where do I actually buy the camoplast track from? Thanks

Tracks USA has good prices. We did the 174-2.5-16. Used Avid 7T drivers (3.0pitch) and a short tunnel extension. It works unbelievable in the deep, although with a 70lb track you will notice it is a little less responsive. You will also need to run scratchers on the road as the cooling is marginal. We are hoping to have a tunnel/bumper/cooler extension for this application before winter and also allow 154's to go to 174 without cooling problems.

Gasvoda on here also has the 174 and loves it. Talked my ear off on the phone about it and not that high of track speed but it just doesn't stop climbing.

Felkers in Loveland, has done 4 or 5 174's.... Great in the deep... & the tree's
