i got the same jacket,the one with inserted pads (right) the jacket is a flaw in my opinion its a chilly cold jacket,to thin booo.i paid $350 plus tax looks cool,but it sucks why else are you selling it ?

thanks douche. No, this one does not have the pads and is NOT the same one you are referring to. This one has been very warm. For my wife not to be cold at all while riding I know this is a warm jacket. SHe is from Florida originally. I'm selling it because it was my wife's jacket that never really got used much and we are moving to a place where I will no longer be riding sleds.
