skidoo 583 complete engine/carbs/electronics

I bought this engine ready to run for a go kart project i was going to do but lost interest. It comes complete with carbs pipe and all the electronics from under the hood. only thing i think it needed was a recoil. I was told it was running when it came out of the sled.

I can do a compression test on it too.

Could you please put up a few detailed photos of the throttle cable? that could potentially be a deal breaker.
