Do an online search for one of the name brand stock car plastics like "allstar rolled plastic". Comes in 2' x 10' x .07" rolls. Or look for the exact part number. For example, black is ALL22400. Runs about $20 for the roll plus shipping, but some places ship for free like JEGS.

Still seeing the fuel controllers on the plastic shroud covered FI BIKES so there must be a few issues with temps or its just a back up
We haven't used a fuel controller yet. This year I'm going to try dobeck because I had one laying around. Neve had gas in oil after did the good shrouds and temps were consistent.

I run the JD six position fi controller on my 13 sxf 450 in the summer months. It is awesome to be able to tune on the fly. Plus the accelerator pump feature is sweet. For snowbiking I would think that the tuner is a must in the snowbike app. Wont work on my 300 though!

You can't shield the 2 stroke as well because of that lovely pipe. They tend to get too hot on long pulls anyway . Till you get the consistent temps delt with don't shield it . It does get very cold in the pow pow. Shield the carb for sure

SXS Snow Shields now make a ktm 300 shield. It is pretty slick! Full motor enclosure which also protects the CARB

Dave Freeman has a shop on flood road, he sells the rolled plastic. You can wrap a 2 stroke, I just got shield/ skid plate done, i'll post some pics soon, it turned out pretty slick but I had to use some header wrap where it overlapped the pipe.

Just installed a SXS motor enclosure on my KX450. Awesome fit. Looks wicked.
I have one on my 14 ktm 450 sxf. Looks awesome and works exactly how it should. Love it!

Was just in enduro enginering and seen their 300 pipe gurad and it is very nice. Carbon fiber to boot.
