Ski slips

What is everyone using for ski slips?
Looking at getting a couple of pairs for my trailer, carbides are marking the floor up, plus the sleds don't like backing up on the existing flooring.
Want some the will work well going forward or using reverse. Any insight/help would be appreciated.

I only have experience with the SLP slips and they won't work with reverse. However Skinz make some slips that should work for you.
