Ski shuttle with snow bike?

Does anyone have any experience with back country skiing combined with snow biking. I've seen snow bikers carrying snow boards in the Rockies but wondering if a snowmobile would also be required in the mix or is it possible to double two riders and skis on one bike while shuttling up from bottom to top?

Thinking this would be a good way to get in more powder runs per day and also have a way out if the bike breaks down.

Rather than ride double I would recommend towing the skier with ski rope. I’ve had experience with two or three skiers behind snowmobile and slower but steady speeds up groomed trail. Ski patrol often uses this method around here.

The bike is fine to get in and out of riding areas , but does lack the power to haul 2 people uphill in deep snow. Either boot it up the hill, or have one guy with a sled that does the 2 up running up the hill part. I personally use my sled for snowboarding and bike for goofing of.

the only way we could do 2 people is to ride single up and down the hill with minimal turns to make a trail. Have buddy pegs on the skid and ride double with the board or skis on the skid or passengers backpack. slow speed is impossible and so are tight turns. but we made it work. Towing worked a little better but is still hard for a short track. Haven't tried a sled...
