Ski shaft collars seized onto the shaft

Both the collars are pretty well seized onto the shaft that goes through the bottom of the ski spindle. Tried to heat and pound the shaft through the collars. Can order new shaft and collars but like to get the ski back on tomorrow. Any ideas how to get the collars off in somewhat reusable condition?

pretty tough, if it is fused as aluminum and steel can be a problem when this happens. Heat, lube and a air hammer (yes still talking about removing ski lol)

For what it is worth, and i realize it doesn't help your current situation, but whenever I take skis off I always slober these parts with grease when re assembling.
