I am buying powder pro skis and dont know much about carbides. I ride with my wife and kids on the trails but am mainly and off trails powder rider. What length carbide do you suggest? Also, is there an advantage of getting shaped ones?
I just purchased a set of slydog skis. I got the 6 inch carbides with sharp edges. Haven't had a chance to ride them in the powder yet but my buddy has a set and i really like them.
