Ski boots for Simmons Gen I skis?

When I switched my skiis from Cat to Doo I bought Doo mounting shoes from my local dealer.

What are those?
I just need something that stays on the ski between the carbides and the concerete so the land lord doesnt get mad at me
Preferably something that will stat attatched whilst loading and unloading the sled =)
