This is a Simons CPR turbo kit for RX-1, has about 1100 miles on it. Comes complete with header, turbo, intercooler, high-low boost control, tank, fuel pump, down pipe,everthing you need to go fast. 2300.00

is this a front mount or rear? How many miles on it? whats the hp? and how control able is the boost? where are you located?

It would be a front mount. The ad says 1100 miles. Not sure of the HP, probably between 200-220 if I remember correctly. Looks like it comes with a high/low boost switch but it would be easy to install a manual boost controller to give you more adjustability.
