Simmons or Powder Pros on M1000?

Which ski seems to work the best? I just picked up a 07 with Simmons on it. I t seems really difficult to turn when I want it to. This is my first M Series , so I still need to figure it out as far as riding style. I have heard that the Powder Pros were the better ski, I also have Simmons on my 03 Mountain Cat and love the way they perform. Give me your .02

I just put the simmons on my m1000. I run them on my m7-900 also. They're really agressive and like tp "grab". Especially for heavier riders. Lighter ridrs might have a harder time throwing thier sleds around due to the agrressive nature. Dual carbides and a concave undersize for packing snow and traction. Very durable and in the event that you should bend 1 soak in a warm bath for an hr and they can be reshaped. I know from experience X2........

too much pressure..??..

Might you have too much pressure on your skis..??..

We wouldn't ride anything but Simmons skis...

Can you adjust your front straps on your rear skid to take more 'load', and lighten up your skis..??..

Just a thought...

Front straps all the way loose. Like I said I love the Simmons on my 1M , but this M Series is all new (to me). Sled dealer also said everyone was putting the Pros on. The M 1000 is a B$%@& to manuver, but I am still getting used to it as I only have two rides on it.

Simmons are the way to go.. I tried running the PPs for a season and dont see what all the hype is about them.. not a big gain over stock.. now the simmons on the other hand are great.. I have been running the gen II's on my last two season.. m1000 with them this year worked great..

They do take a little getting used to when the snow is setup/crusted hard/spring riding.. but once you get the feel for them they are still amazing..
