Simmons Gen III--opinions?

I have been riding on Gen 1 for 10 years on three different sleds and am looking for an easier turning hard snow and better side hilling ski. Since I hit alot of immovable objects, the flex feature has saved me numerous A arms and Nuns.

The Gen III looks like it would turn easier on hardpack--any experience?
